In their final games before the regional championships, both the men’s and women’s polo squads will play against the Toronto Polo Club this weekend. The association between the two clubs dates back to the “father of Cornell Polo,” the late Stephen “Doc” Roberts ’38, who helped found Toronto’s club. Keeping with tradition, in what has become an annual rivalry, the Red will play host to the semi-professional club in an attempt to boost its level of play heading into championship season.
