The Department of Public Works will begin cleaning all city streets for spring on Monday, according to a release. All vehicles on the street during Spring Break will be ticketed and towed.

Streets will be posted with “No Parking” signs 24 hours before the work begins. All vehicles should be removed by 7 a.m. on the day of the cleaning. After these signs are removed, vehicles may park on these streets again.

The City also suggests that resident rake their lawns and place the material in the curb gutter before the street cleaning. Afterward, any material that has to be removed will be at the owner’s expense.
