Yesterday, men’s hockey senior Mark McCutcheon was added to the 2007 Pontiac Frozen Four Skills Challenge. He will be competing against 15 other men’s ice hockey student-athletes.
The challenge will be held on Friday, April 6 in St. Louis at the Scottrade Center. The Skills Challenge will be televised live on ESPNU.
Last year, Matt Moulson ’06 represented the Red in the Skills Challenge held in Milwaukee, Wis.
Orginally chosen as an alternate, McCutcheon’s spot opened after Rensselaer’s Kirk McDonald and Quinnipiac’s Reid Cashman signed professional contracts.
