At the end of the first day’s play, the Red entered at plus-10 — three shots behind Bucknell and 10 shots ahead of Dartmouth. At that time, Longwood and St. Bonaventure sat at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.
St. Bonaventure would end up winning the Cornell Invite with a final team score of 878. Longwood trailed right behind with a total score of 885. Cornell’s final was right behind with a total of 889.
