Men’s basketball 50, Princeton 47
Despite a valiant effort from Princeton, the Red held on for a thrilling 50-47 victory over the Tigers Friday night. Cornell (24-4, 10-1 Ivy) led the whole way, but was unable to put away Princeton (16-8, 7-3 Ivy) until the final buzzer sounded. The game featured physical defense from both squads and neither team shot above 40 percent for the game. Cornell was limited to an uncharacteristically low two three-pointers.
