Dear Dazed & Confused,
I come from a small town and an extremely close group of friends. We’ve known each other since middle school, we shared our most hormonal years together, and we (to an awful degree) have spent most of the past 6 years inter-dating. A pair of our friends went through an awful break-up this summer, and now over Fall Break, he is throwing a party for us but refuses to invite her. Our girls won’t attend unless she comes; he refuses to invite her; she won’t go even if he did. I fear this might be the end of our group. How can I prevent this catastrophe? How can we convince these feuding exs to just be friends?
