The Cornell men’s soccer team (2-2-1) dropped its second game of the season to #20 Syracuse (5-1), 3-0. After playing well in the first 15 minutes of the game, Syracuse exploded, scoring two goals in less than four minutes to seal the deal as the Red was unable to come back from the deficit.

“The biggest takeaway from this game is knowing that we can play well against very good teams, but also that a few mistakes can cost us the game,” said senior captain Peter Chodas.
