It is that time of year: You have returned from spring break with memories (or lack thereof) floating in the back of your mind of the beach, partying or doing absolutely nothing all day until your parents cooked you a nice dinner. You now realize that you did not do any of the work that is due this week, but you can’t seem to care enough to get your act together.

Warning: this particular Sunify playlist may or may not help you overcome this post-spring-break funk and lack of motivation. While it will encourage you to relive the wistful moments, it may also deter you from re-establishing your study habits. My advice to you? Listen to this (perhaps while unpacking) to get all residual hankerings to rage out of your system. Then, turn on your Facebook SelfControl App to resist from stalking your other friends’ vacations, and hit the books!

This playlist is a conglomeration of the songs my friends and I sang along to en route to New Orleans, mixed with a large amount of new discoveries from the Buku Music & Art Project, which consisted of mostly American DJs and remixers. These songs did not seem to leave my head even while listening to street musicians play jazz on the French Quarter afterward. Whether you were at home or across the world, I hope these songs will quell any desire to hop a plane back out of Ithaca to hide from your upcoming prelims, like I want to do right now.
