C-Town Terrace Project Moves Forward

The Collegetown Terrace project, which will redevelop the area surrounding South Quarry Street, East State Street, Valentine Place and Six Mile Creek Gorge, will enter a new phase of the approval process, after the City of Ithaca Planning and Development Board approved its Environmental Impact Statement on Tuesday.
