The Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity’s year-long punishment has been reduced to one semester, a University official confirmed in a statement Monday.

Contrary to media reports, the Sigma Chi and Phi Sigma fraternities will not be kicked off campus, according to Travis Apgar, associate dean of students in the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Affairs.
