Diversity can be provided not forced

This debate always confuses me. The university accepts minority students and hires minority professors. The university provides financial aid for students of all colors. The university has classes where students of all races and ethnicities and backgrounds sit and study together. The university has cafeterias, student centers, dorms and other social areas where any and all students can converge. The university has done its part by providing a diverse atmosphere and learning environment. Students than have the FREE WILL to socialize with whom they so choose in their free time, and this will very much reflect how people all over the country choose to socialize in their free time. Cornell has done its part by being fair and equal to all, and FORCING diversity is not only a futile excercise, but completely unneccessary.
