Death penalty: Spitzer supports the death penalty only for terrorists and cop killers.
Healthcare:Spitzer said that universal healthcare could actually lower costs because patients who had insurance would be treated preventatively instead of in the emergency room. However, his campaign reiterated that this “won’t happen overnight.”
