The appropriate word is tenet, not tenant.
The rest of your screed isn't worth the time it would take to refute. Print out a copy, save it for yourself, and take a look at it again five years after you've been out of school, held a full-time job out in the real world and seen where biased observation and faulty analysis will get you. Out here, there are consequences. If you're a smart boy, like I know you are, your future self will be embarassed.
