On the Sunday night of the 84th Academy Awards, a party for two Cornell alumni nominees, Thelma Schoonmaker ’61 and Danfung Dennis ’05, was held at the Cinemapolis Theatre in the Ithaca Commons. The Daily Sun went to the event to see what people thought before and after they fell short of winning Oscars.
