Weather for April 10, 2007

Well folks, it seems Spring will not break through for at least another week as we will continue to see lower than normal daytime and nighttime temperatures. A weak high pressure system will settle over us today and into tomorrow. A shortwave will pass through our area on Thursday giving us some precipitation. As to the form, rain or snow, I don’t know. Deal with it. Nothing is certain. Friday will see a return to beautiful sunny skies. On Saturday evening a storm will begin to move through the area. Luckily for us, this is Ithaca and nothing exciting ever happens here. If we were in say Oklahoma, this storm might drop a plethora of devastating tornadoes, potentially impaling a dog here or there. Or ... the weather models could be completely wrong. Either way, watch out Fluffy.
