Max Seibald '09, last year's lacrosse team captain and all-around unstoppable force on the lacrosse field, is one of 23 players picked to travel to the FIL World Championship in Manchester, England from July 14-24, 2010. Defenseman Ryan McClay '03 will join Seibald on Team USA. Seibald and Ned Crotty, Duke's standout attackman, are the only two 2009 graduates on the team.

In football news, Dartmouth sophomore running back Nick Schwieger is out for the season with a hand injury. The Red, on a five-game losing streak, heads to Dartmouth on Saturday and should be aided by the absence of Schwieger, who helped Dartmouth end a 17-game losing streak by rushing for 242 yards against Columbia earlier this season.
