Well, for everyone out there that has not stopped busting my chops about how crappy the weather has been, this forecast will surely shut you up. We will be affected by smaller shortwaved systems today and tomorrow that are generated from this upper level low that has been over our area for quite a while. Once we get through the last of the crappy weather today and tomorrow, expect beautiful weather for the weekend and into next week. Get the sail boats and golf clubs out, go on that wine tour, or take that walk through the plantations. Spring conditions will finally show themselves over Ithaca, as an omega block establishes itself over the country. This omega block will shift east, putting us under the “ridge” of the omega. What this means for us is warm weather, combined with sunshine, and it’s about time.
