Wow ... yesterday was the type of weather we needed just before school started: sunny skies and not too hot. But I guess now late summer weather is back and it’s time to spend the last few days you can swimming in areas you’re not supposed to swim in, and perhaps a late night skinny dip if the temperature is right ... not too cold remember gentlemen ... otherwise that dip won’t impress too much.
High pressure will mostly dominate until tonight into tomorrow when a cold front will pass through giving us the chance of some showers and thunderstorms. Behind it ... cooler and drier weather leaving us a pleasant holiday weekend on the horizon. Warm air from the south will pump up our temperatures tomorrow ... not quite 90 but close to it. Perhaps a brief shower Friday but a pleasant weekend ... for now.
