• The Harvard South Asian Association will present Ghungroo 2008 this weekend. Over 150 undergraduates will grace the stage with a wide variety of talents including dancing, music, poetry and acting. The Agassiz Theatre has a show tonight at 7 p.m. and tomorrow at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Hurry up and get tickets because the Saturday evening show is already sold out!
• The Columbia Alumni Arts League will host a tour of the 2008 Whitney Biennial Exhibition this weekend. The Biennial Exhibition has become the Whitney Museum’s most popular attraction, displaying art from many genres and changing every year to comment on what art is at this point in time. The guided tour is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
• Is studying for your next prelim making you a little grumpy? Or perhaps you’ve been pulling all nighters and you’re feeling a bit sleepy. Well, Dartmouth’s Hopkins Center Spaulding Auditorium will play host to a production of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” this weekend. This Sunday at 2 p.m. you can really get in touch with your emotions as you watch them on stage in character form.
• While all you people are going the boring route and writing your theses with words, Brown’s S. Lyn Goeringer wrote her thesis with musical notes. This musician’s thesis is a multimedia experience that experiments with sound, light, movement and other sensory stimuli. Goeringer’s thesis is due in the Grand Recital Hall at 8 p.m. on Sunday.
