An individual was arrested Tuesday for selling narcotics, according to an Ithaca Police Department press release. Andrea Caraccilo, 47, was arrested in the 200 block of South Cayuga Street after she sold narcotics to an undercover officer. The officer was dispatched after IPD received a telephone tip.
