Room 112 in Mann Library will now also be called the “CALS Zone,” offering advising and programming for students in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
To increase study-space accessibility to late-night workers, Mann Library has extended the hours of Mann 112 to 24/7.

MannUfactory, the student resource hub in Mann Library, hoped to become a creative outlet for Cornellians. However, it has struggled to attract numbers since its opening last fall.
The exhibit, which is made up of detailed, handmade paper sculptures of various types of beetles, is part of the library’s slew of biology-themed exhibits.
The exhibit, “Apples to Cider: An Old Industry Takes New Root,” speaks to the rich history of apples in cider-making, and the resurgence of an industry with close ties to Cornell research.
The exhibit, called “A Sweep of Light,” features colorful scanner photography images of flowers and plants produced by students and faculty.
“As a Parks and Recreation fan, I’ve always loved the idea of Galentine’s Day and was excited to share that by hosting a fun, crafty afternoon celebrating friendship,” said Camille Andrews, user engagement librarian.
