Thurston Avenue Bridge will be open to northbound vehicles beginning at 7 a.m. Monday. Pedestrians may already walk across the bridge.
Starting Monday, a concrete barrier will separate pedestrians and vehicles.
The bridge project will be shut down for the winter. Traffic restrictions on University Ave., East Ave. and Forest Home Dr. will be removed, except that westbound traffic on Forest Home Dr. will not be able to turn right across the bridge and northbound traffic on East Ave. will not be able to turn right onto Forest Home Dr.
TCAT bus routes will not be adjusted until Thanksgiving.
