An exhibit by Katie Dombek-Keith, Cornell master’s student in apparel design, opens at the Community School of Music and Art on May 1st, with an opening reception on Friday, May 4th from 5 to 8 PM, during Gallery Night of Ithaca. Dombek-Keith will give a gallery talk Sunday, May 6th at 3 PM. The exhibit features original apparel designs and illustrates how consumers can change their relationship with clothing and its impact on the Earth.
The Community School of Music and Arts is located in downtown Ithaca on State St. just east of the Commons. The main gallery is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and possibly during the day on the weekend but no guarantees.
