Grand Larceny
An officer was dispatched to Olin Library last Friday at approximately 9 a.m. to take a report from a staff member whose personal belongings were stolen. The victim reported the theft of their wallet, cash, Canon digital camera, Motorola cell phone, driver’s license, CUID, iPod nano, Pod transmitter and bankcards from their unsecured tote bag. The total value of the missing items was $525.
Burglary
On Aug. 14 at approximately 11 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the Hasbrouck Apartments. A student reported that their laptop computer was stolen from a secured room. It was valued at $1,000.
Driving While Intoxicated
Maria C. Sanchez of Miami Beach, Fla.. was referred to the Ithaca Town Court last Friday at approximately 9 p.m. when she was pulled over for driving under the influence on Warren Road.
Campus Code Violation
Last Saturday in Clara Dickson Hall, a student called the police to report that their computer was being used by unknown individuals without his or her permission. The violation was reported at approximately 11:40 a.m.
