In anticipation of New York’s presidential primary on Feb. 5, a debate focusing on pivotal issues in the 2008 primary presidential elections will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 28 at 4:30 p.m. in Uris Hall Auditorium. The Cornell Democrats, College Republicans and several independent political parties will flesh out their stances and pick which candidates fit best with their points of view.
The time to learn about the presidential candidates is running out.
The goal of the debate, which is sponsored by The Sun, will be to tease apart the differences between the candidates in order to help students be informed on the issues of interest to them.
The event is free and open to the public.
