Hip hop artist Nelly will headline the annual Slope Day concert on May 6, a Slope Day Programming Board executive board member confirmed to The Sun.
The SDPB plans to officially announce the headliner at Thursday’s Student Assembly meeting.

His first solo album, Country Grammar, made its debut in 2000 and reached the top spot on the Billboard. It remains Nelly’s best-selling album with 8.4 million copies sold in the United States. Nelly released his fifth album, 5.0, in 2010, including the single “Just a Dream,” which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard and is his highest-charting song since 2005 “Grillz.”
