Student Critically Injured After Falling from DKE House

Ezra Zimmerman ’11 remains in critical condition after falling two stories from the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity early Sunday morning.

Zimmerman was “highly intoxicated,” according to emergency radio reports. He was initially reported to be unconscious and not breathing, according to the radio reports.

According to the University, Zimmerman suffered a head injury and was airlifted to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa.

Members of the DKE fraternity declined to comment on the details of the incident.

Zimmerman’s fall is the second serious incident DKE has faced in the last month. On May 6, Brian Lo ’11, another DKE brother, died in a fire in his Cook Street house.
