A Truncated Isohedron to Remember

After winning a grant earlier this year from Cornell Council for the Arts, architects Ian Janicki ’12 and Dan Marino ’12 combined forces with mechanical engineer David Kumka ’12, to investigate the malleability of different materials. The exploration culminated in a large, aluminum, dome-like structure, currently on display in Hartell Gallery for the remainder of the week.
