Career highlight: “As a team, when we beat Brown last season. They were No. 48 in the country, so that was a very big win for us . . . Personally, my career highlight was when I was able to come back from [nearly] six sets playing down and won, and our team ended up winning against Coastal Carolina who’s usually ranked pretty high.”

Favorite thing about Cornell: The Hotel School

Fun fact: Left handed. “The spin that my ball has is a lot different from a righty . . . So if you’re not used to playing a lefty it can be a little bit different, especially the spin the ball has on the serves.”

Biggest Difference Between Cornell and hometown (Northbrook, Ill.): “Well not the weather . . .You know everyone [at Cornell].”
