Though yesterday’s blackout only lasted a few minutes, it was more than sufficient to freak out Cornellians from Collegetown to North Campus. Were the academic gods punishing us for all our procrastination, snarky comments and (attempted) library sex? Or perhaps they just wanted us to cease all studying and head to Dunbar’s (where, it was rumored, the electricity was still on).
