By ANNIE BUI Ithaca residents and members of the City’s Planning and Economic Development Committee deliberated over changes to Collegetown’s zoning ordinance at a meeting Wednesday. The proposed changes would help promote high-quality construction and protect the character of established residential neighborhoods in the area, according to Alderperson Graham Kerslick (D-4th Ward), who is also the executive director of the David R.
