The sprint football team will kick off the season Sept. 19 when it takes on Franklin Pierce University at home. Despite a rough 2013 campaign, the Red finished on a positive note with a win against Mansfield for a 2-5 final season record. The win lifted the team to the sixth spot in the conference, ahead of both Mansfield and Princeton in the ranks.
