    Just as a strong emphasis on the passing game in the NFL has given way to an increase in talented wide receivers in recent years, so too has this shift been seen in the Collegiate Sprint Football League. Rule makers have altered the game dramatically over the decades, and the changes they have championed, in recent years in particular, have led to the prolific era of passing seen today.

    This weekend, Cornell Cinema will be screening eight 2014 Sundance Shorts, chosen this year from a roster of over 50 narrative, documentary and animated short films that debuted at the festival in January. Don’t worry, I watched them all for you so that you know which ones you can text/play Candy Crush during and which ones you should pay rapt attention to:
