Food Day Promotes Healthy and Sustainable Food System

At the Student Assembly Dining Services Committee’s third annual Food Day, visitors had a chance to taste the autumn harvest of New York State. Featuring butternut squash lasagna, hearty mushroom soup, and a caramel apple bar, the feast was a celebration of Cornell Dining’s commitment to ‘Menus of Change’, an initiative that helps students make healthy, sustainable, and delicious food choices.
