Bus Driver Charged With Homicide, Had Cocaine in System During Crash That Killed Cornell Alumna, Prosecutors Say

Prosecutors said bus driver Charles Dixon had traces of cocaine in his bloodstream and that the Cornell alumna who died had texted 911 minutes before the crash, warning of Dixon’s erratic driving.
