Negotiations Between Cornell, City of Ithaca Stall Over Financial Contribution Disagreement

Cornell and the City of Ithaca have ceased to progress in negotiations over Cornell’s payment in lieu of taxes to the City, with Cornell’s latest offer being $3.15 million annually, short almost $5 million of what the City was originally seeking.
