Following recent Ithaca City Court proceedings, new information on the case of Noah Rebei ’25 — including the victim’s account of the incident — has been obtained by The Sun.
A Cornell student was arrested by Cornell Police for allegedly hiding in a female resident’s dormitory and injuring a resident in his escape. He is due in Ithaca City Court for trial on Wednesday.
The Cornell students and staff members who staged a pro-divestment Day Hall sit-in on March 21 accepted an agreement for their trespassing charges to expire on May 16 provided no further unlawful behavior.
