The lawsuit against Cornell over the death of Antonio Tsialas ’23 will proceed, a Tompkins County judge ruled Sept. 4. In the almost 11 months since the tragedy, the University has shared few updates on the circumstances surrounding the first-year’s death or the investigations launched immediately after.
