According to the statement, “During his plea, Stein admitted that on Oct. 26, 2004, he entered the Mitchell Street residence of the victim, a 20-year-old female, and abducted her at knife point to his residence on James Street, and there raped her.”

Stein has yet to be sentenced, and a sentencing date has not yet been sent. According to the statement, first-degree rape carries a sentence from between five to 25 years.
