Ithaca Police Arrest Suspect for Forcible Touching

The Ithaca Police Department arrested Daryl S. Grant of 128 Belle School Road in Brooktondale yesterday for allegedly touching several females on their buttocks without consent. The alleged incidents took place on campus and in Collegetown.

Grant was arraigned on three counts of forcible touching and released under the supervision of the probation department; he is scheduled to reappear in Ithaca City Court on Sept. 29. If convicted, Grant faces up to a year in jail for the class A misdemeanor.

Additionally, Cornell banned Grant from campus.
