With much anticipation to the Red’s new-look offense, junior quarterback Nathan Ford delivered. In the home opener against Bucknell, Ford threw 31-45 for a total of 288 yards. In addition, Ford ran for two touchdowns and compiled 19 rushing yard as well.
The most impressive of Ford’s performance, was his ability to spread the ball to different players. In Saturday night’s contest, Ford completed passes to 12 different players.
