Citing logistical issues, the Planning and Economic Develop-ment Committee opted to not send a revised noise ordinance policy to the Common Council for final approval Wednesday.
Alderperson Seph Murtagh M.A. ’04 Ph.D. ’09 (D-2nd Ward), chair of the committee, said the committee needs more time to review the proposed new ordinance because of its complexity.
