I ate four plates of delicious Indian food for $10, all while receiving the best service I’ve ever gotten at a dining establishment in Ithaca.
But I felt like I paid 14 bucks for a handful of noodles, one small piece of pork and a whole lot of mediocre broth. I wasn’t satisfied at all.
The attendees of the rally responded to impassioned statements with snaps and yells of agreement, chanting “Stand up and fight back!” and “Hey ho ho Cavanaugh has come to go!”
The variety was mismatched, and the quality was lacking.
While I wouldn’t say the meal was pho-nomenal, it was decent.
On first sight, the interior is attractive and offers a warm and inviting ambiance. It has a vintage chic feel to it and certainly forms a nice contrast to the neighboring Gorgers Taco Shack.
While I don’t have the years my family did to develop my own Hal’s traditions, I will still be going for breakfast and lunch every chance I get until the doors permanently close.
Monks boasts soulful food on their Facebook page, and they definitely don’t disappoint; soulful was the best word they could have used to describe my brunch.
Weaver and Potoki are constantly dreaming up ideas for new escape rooms, developing a new puzzle every three to six months. Their first escape room featured a Harry Potter theme, catering to Ithacans participating in Ithaca’s Wizarding Weekend.
