Weather for April 3, 2007

Carpe Diem! Seize the day, for tomorrow could be your last. Or in this case, the weather could just completely blow. Today we can expect a beautiful day with a mix of clouds and sun and highs in the lower 60s. After that however, old man winter will hit us with his last gasp and temperatures will drop into the lower 30s during the day, and possibly into the 10s at nighttime. I know — it’s ridiculous. I’m convinced only a sadist would enjoy the weather we are about to have. An upper level trough will move into the northeast, become a cutoff low, and just sit there for days! It will do nothing except bring cold air down from Canada and send little disturbances of precipitation our way through the end of the week and into the weekend. So get out there today and run to catch up with the Sun.
