Do you want to lose weight in a healthy, easy way? Skip breakfast, Cornell researchers say.

Eating breakfast is widely believed to be a key factor in preventing obesity because skipping breakfast, some say, increases hunger throughout the day and makes people overeat during lunch to compensate for the missing first meal. However, Prof. David Levitsky, nutritional science, and Carly Pacanowski grad recently led a study that shows skipping breakfast may actually be a formula for weight-loss success.
