The Sun conducted an investigation into the campaign contributions of Josh Riley (D) and Marc Molinaro (R), who are running to be New York’s 19th district’s congressional representative, which includes the city of Ithaca.
This election cycle, six Cornell alumni are listed on ballots across the country, vying for seats in the 117th United States Congress. With the exception of Dana Barrett ’88 — the lone challenger in this group — the other five are incumbents.
The leading contender for the Democratic nomination according to an online straw poll, Tracy Mitrano J.D. ’95, is a Cornell alum.
