Prohibited Alcohol Sale
An individual has been referred to the Judicial Administrator for allegedly selling alcohol around 2 p.m. on Oct. 14 in the Friedman Wrestling Center.

Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd
Gene Ekster of Ithaca allegedly operated a vehicle without proper licensing on Campus Road at 12:21 a.m. on Oct 18. Ekster was referred to Ithaca City Court.

Petit Larceny
A CUPD officer was dispatched at 4:52 p.m. on Oct. 18 to take a report from an individual about the theft of their secured green mountain bicycle valued at $400 from the Sibley Hall Bike Rack.

Falsely Reporting an Incident
An officer went to Statler Hall at 9:17 a.m. on Oct. 19 to take a report about an unknown individual or individuals maliciously activating a first floor fire alarm when there was no fire.
A similar incident occurred at 2:29 a.m. on Oct. 20 at 101 McGraw Place.

Driving While Intoxicated
Victor M. Vanness of Spencer, N.Y. allegedly drove while intoxicated at 3:59 a.m. on Oct. 21 on Caldwell Road. Vanness was referred to Ithaca Town Court for further investigation.

Trespass
Around 5:30 a.m. on Oct. 15 a male subject reportedly woke a female resident of College Ave. by removing her bed covers. The subject then fled but returned and woke the female again when he turned on a light. The intruder, described as an Asian male in his 20s, fled again. The incident, reported around 10:30 a.m., is currently under investigation by the Ithaca Police Department.
