Last Sunday’s Zones competition was bittersweet for the Cornell equestrian team. The women earned nine top-three places and qualified four riders individually for nationals, yet narrowly missed the win — and the team qualification to Nationals — by just three points.
Despite the disappointment of the narrow loss, though, the team has taken a historic step forward with this performance — this past weekend, the Red came closer than ever before to qualifying for nationals as a team.
